Bookings

To book an appointment, you can call or text the salon at (267) 279-2863 , or follow the “Book Now” prompt on our website to lead you to our online bookings. You can browse through our stylists work on instagram and request any stylist that you prefer.

A card on file is required to book any appointment and our cancellation policy will be implemented. This information can be taken over the phone upon booking, or entered when booking online.

All vivids, blonding, and color correction services require a consultation prior to booking an appointment. Consultations are free of charge and last approximately fifteen minutes. During which, your stylist will discuss with you your service in depth; goals, pricing, and answer any questions you have before your appointment. Your appointment can then be booked at the end of your consultation.

CANCELLATION policy

A credit card on file is required upon booking an appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows your stylist time to schedule another appointment.

If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged for 50% of the total service cost. No-call no- shows will be charged for I00% of the service.

In the case of a true emergency, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can work with you.

Salon Policy

Late arrivals are given a 15 minute window, past 15 minutes it is to the stylists discretion to charge a $15 late fee.

We understand lived in hair may look different than in a salon setting, in turn we offer a 10 day grace period if a past services needs adjustment.

We do not refund for services rendered. There is a 10 day grace period to give us a call for any changes you may need.
